The www.e-ekklisiastika.gr website (the "Online Store") is the online store of Greek company called "SIDERIS VASILIS", based in Agios ioannis rentis, Attica Panteli Nikolaidi 23 18233, tel. (+30) 210-4821475 , fax: (+30) 210-4832383. The access and use of the Online Store automatically implies acceptance of these Terms of use. In case of disagreement with the following terms and conditions, the visitor should not make use of the e-shop. Company reserves the right to modify, add, alter or unilaterally renew the content or services of the Online Store, and the conditions of use, whenever it deems necessary and without prior warning, only by announcing them through the Online Store.
Prices – manner of delivery
The orders will be sent to the address you have entered in your personal information with the shipping method you wish e.g. by courier. The order is sent within 24 hours if there is available stock. The shipping cost depends on the place of delivery, the weight and dimensions of the package as well as the shipping method you choose. Company reserves the aforementioned time of delivery in cases of force majeure. Therefore, in case of a delay of delivery of the order due to force majeure, including but not limited to extreme weather or strikes, financial claims do not apply.
Products of Online Store
The Online Store provides for sale Church Supplies. The Online Store’s prices are only valid for orders via this site and delivery to the billing address. The Online Store’s products are sold until stocks are exhausted. Product photos are indicative and sizes which are displayed may deviate.
Return of non-conforming products
The products purchased can be returned within 14 working days from the date of the billing of the product. In case of return, the Buyer shall pay the shipping costs. Basic conditions for acceptable returns is that the products are in the same condition as received, i.e. without having altered their packaging or the products and that they are accompanied by the sales receipt or invoice. To avoid wasting time and money, it is advisable to check product packaging for any defects such as broken goods, wrong item etc.

Company puts up for sale its products on Online Shop under these terms of use and applicable law. Company is not responsible for any damages or losses that may occur to customers and / or users of the Online Store, apart from the obligation to return and replace products under specifications above. Company assumes no responsibility in case of defective operation of the Online Store or general weakness or inadequate provision of services due to accidental events or force majeure or reasons caused by the fault of other entities. Company reserves the right for additions, deletions or other modifications to the Online Store and the provided information and / or services, as well as for changes in ways of searching for information, in its sole discretion. Company shall take all appropriate measures in order to maintain the access to the Online Store and its services, continuous and uninterrupted. However, it reserves the reasonable right to interrupt the operation of the Online Shop and / or individual services to perform system maintenance, without prior notice user.
Responsibility of visitor / user
The Online Store must be used exclusively for lawful purposes and in a way that does not restrict or prevent its use by others. Orders
Orders must be received through the Online Store by completing and sending the relevant Order Form. Product prices include VAT. Company reserves the right to change prices without notice and does not affect the prices of already registered orders. When placing the order, the customer can choose whether the document to be issued for the order will be sales receipt or sales invoice. Invoice is issued to companies and freelancers after they fill in the following information: Company name, VAT, address of company premises and address of delivery place and profession.
Applicable law and other conditions
Any provision of these terms to be against the law, ceases to apply and is removed from the present document, without in any way affect the validity of other conditions. Any concession, granting deadline or failure to implement one or more of these Terms by our company cannot be interpreted as a waiver, temporary or permanent, partial or total, of any right or claim that derives by them or by law. This Agreement will be governed by Greek law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Athens courts.
